I want to let you know that we are very pleased with the new windows sold and installed by k-designers.
We have an older Victorian style house. This presented many challenges beyond a usual installation. But the K-Designers team made sure that all the permitting and installation went perfectly.
We started out with windows that had been neglected for far too long. The trim had flaking paint that by itself would have been a challenge to correct. The windows were painted closed and largely useless. Now we have a nice clean look that fits in with the style of the house and the noise has been greatly reduced. The windows actually work properly. It is really a pleasure just to see them and to look through them.
The entire team was very professional. I was impressed that the installation team did such great work to fulfill the commitments of your sales representative.
